Great hotel

Great hotel! Totally updated with beautiful furnishings. Convenient to the airport with complimentary shuttle. The shuttle will, also, take you to MOA and any restaurant with 5 miles. All complimentary .

Clean, updated room.

Pros: Updated, comfortable, and clean.
Rooms were updated and clean. Pool and spa were too small for that big of a hotel. We went down to the pool and it was full of young kids so went back to our room. No TV or HBO guide and when we asked the front desk, they said there should be one in room. We told them there wasn't and the guy at the front desk suggested where we should look and if we still didn't find one, let him know and he would try and find one. We never did find one. One other mention is we went to happy hour and had drinks and appetizers. The appetizers were suppose to be half price. They were not when we got our bill. We got a 40% discount but just paid the bill and left, which is what I am sure they were hoping for.

Main reason for staying was the shuttel from airport to hotel. what theay dont tell you theay only provide shuttel from 6am to 6pm it coust us a extra 60.00us will not stay there next time. also learned you cant trust expedia as theay said shuttel was provided

Prepaid reservation was lost

Pros: The facility was great and it was clean.
Cons: They should not have resold my room when I had booked under their 21-day advance payment rate. Rebooking was an inconvenience.
Location: Mall of America dominates the area
We arrived at the hotel to check in for our prepaid reservation to find that they were full and did not have a room. They were able to place us in there sister hotel, but we had to pay again. They told us they would cancel the fee we had paid to Expedia, but it has been over a week and I do not see a refund on my Expedia statement or on my credit card. When I called Expedia to inquire about this I was told by the rep that the Hilton is good about refunds and that the delay must be at my bank. The room at the sister Hilton was an upgrade, and wonderful, but ONLY if I do not end up paying for 2 rooms (which I am doing currently until my refund is returned).

A business hotel

Pros: Good price
Cons: Amenities in the room could be added
Location: Need a car or plan on taxi. Nothing in walking distance.
Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I did expect more from a Hilton property such as a news paper and a coffee bar that was open past 9 am. Nothing wrong with the hotel but nothing to make it stand out either.

Pros: This Hotel was very clean and the workers behind the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
The most comfortable bed and pillows! The room and Hotel was clean, and great hotel staff.

Impressive. Beautiful hotel.

Pros: Personal service, efficiency, comfort, great beds.
Location: We only stayed to sleep, but there were two shopping centers nearby. Hotel was just off the freeway, plenty of parking
Staff was helpful and very quick and accommodating. I'd become sick the night before, and they let me stay in the room for a couple extra hours so I could get my flu-ridden self together.
