Convent location to US Bank for our concert. Nice they allowed us to check in an hour early when we arrived. Uber service and pick up location was easy. Friendly bar staff. Would be nice if Hilton validated parking ramp passes for their guests to park at a reduced rate.

Front desk staff was so rude! After waiting in line for 45 minutes to check in, the front desk manager was using his cell phone to text when I finally got to the front of the line. Just standing there on his phone- no acknowledgment that I was there. Just so rude! This hotel is very overpriced and outdated.

The location to the convention center was great, rooms were clean. The only downside was I did not have hot water for my shower. I ran it for about 20 minutes and it only got luke warm. Other than that everything was great.

The tub did not drain after taking a shower. I was standing in a tub of water after my shower. It took 20 minutes before the next person could shower. Also “security” came banging on my door. I happened to be waiting for the elevator when I heard all of the banging. I went over there and said that’s my room. Before I even got there they were opening my door to my room. They told me they were working on the hotel Wi-Fi. I told them to get out of my room. Very displeased with the hotel!

The room was dirty. When we got into the room it was obvious it was not vacuumed and there was an old gum wrapper on the ground. The cabinet under the sink looked like tooth paste was smeared on it. We wanted to have drinks at the bar and one worker was busy so she told the other bar tender to serve us, he ignored us, she ended up having to serve us. There was a dance conference so it was a 10-20 minute wait to use the elevator to and from our room.

We stayed during a national dance competition and. Getting coffee in morning was 30-40 min wait, elevators 30 min wait 1/2 of the elevators not working and one staircase was locked so we got stuck in there. Place itself was beautiful and staff nice just every inconvenient to get to and from. You needed to allow 1 hour extra to get to the room where the dance competition was help

Stayed for Christmas Eve Minnesota Vikings game and I felt very high class. Hotel lobby was stunning with all Christmas decorations and newly remodeled look. Staff was very helpful at front desk and valet man saved us time and money buy twlling us about parking passes and day passes to come in and out. The rooms were a bit out dated clean just out dated and felt a bit like bare min. We did go up and check out the pool and sauna was very nice and peaceful alot of people were working out too fym was rather nice. All in all we had a great experience and would definitely stay again. Thank you for making this old lady feel like "Eloise at the Plaza"

little pricey for what the rooms were and no complimentary breakfast. Skyway was nice for getting to where I had to go. The on-site restaurant was overpriced compared to the other hotels' on-site restaurants. The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet.

They will over charge you for parking. We were there for the Packers/ Vikings game and they didn’t have the bar open or food available before the game. They didn’t have enough staff to handle the rush after the game. They didn’t have any fun stuff for NYE. They didn’t have enough staff to check people in. This is not a 4 star hotel. Their service levels are not even close.

The only issue I had with the property was the long line to check in. It was New Years Eve, and Vikings vs Packers game and there were only 2 or 3 people on desk and it took more than 30 min. I had had a message to use check in through Honors Program, but I couldn't get logged in to do that. Outside that, the staff I interacted with were great and I really like this hotel. It's not the first time I stayed there. Would definitely stay again.

Not their entire fault but their app crashed and therefore the line for check in was extremely long. They only had 2 staff on NYE and also a nFL rival Sunday night game- so a lot of people! Parking is not well signed and many people assumed the ramp was full and had to find other ramps. I reserved a king sized bed but even at 5pm they said none were ready and if I wanted to check in I had to take a 2 queen, again not the end of the world but when you get a kid free night, reserved a room many months ahead of time it’s what we were expecting.

Overall things went good.
Overall experience was good. It was a super busy weekend so maybe they were short staffed. We booked with the additional breakfast buffet but were not told during check in where it was or how it worked, tried to find someone the next morning but no help. Check in took forever, computer went down and process just took a long time. Everything else was fine, very clean, good location.

Hotel room was fine. Nothing special. Bed was comfortable. Appeared to be a vomit stain on the wall. Very limited food options. Room had water, but was $3/bottle. There was coffee but the creamer had obviously been there for a long time as it came out in ‘chunks’. Hote/lobby bar was very understaffed.
