Awful service from Colleen and James at the front desk . I was stuck in the elevator.. I called the button from within long story short they did not call 911 per my request 10 times I asked them both . Completely unacceptable and traumatic

No working hot tub!
The room was nice and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We went as a family shopping trip and after shopping all day really wanted to go in the hot tub and relax but it was closed for maintenance. Wish they would have informed us that it would be closed and we probably would have stayed somewhere else.
