A beautiful upscale hotel recently converted, saving the old wood beams and structure throughout. Bar/ lounge has doors that lift up extending the area to open street patio dining or drinking. There seem to be only 2 in town right next to each other. Can walk anywhere from here.

The aesthetics of this property are wonderful. The area it’s in is super convenient. The Matchsticks restaurant inside was great. Rooms were clean and bed was nice. Issues I had were little conveniences that are actually big when not there. We ordered room service from the restaurant and we realized we did not have anything to eat on in the room so we had to eat on our bed. A little side table would have been nice. We also did not have a phone in our room. Not sure if that is a new thing hotels are doing. We were also sad they did not have coffee or a continental breakfast to offer. We did have a small coffee pot in our room but, would have been nice to have another coffee option. It was cold and raining that morning and we would have loved to have coffee and breakfast in our room or downstairs in the hotel but, that is not an option. We went out to eat a few times in downtown Stillwater and, loved the food we had but couldn’t bring it back to the hotel because there was not a fridge to keep it in so, we had to throw it away. There were a couple other things that would have been nice but, I have said enough already. These things seems small until you need them and they are not an option. I would stay at this hotel and but only for a couple days at a time.

Staff was very friendly and nice but rooms were not very clean and well put together for the price. There were skid looking marks all over the floor and paint chipping off of faucets handles and such. And no breakfast options
