Aweful staff

Staff was not friendly Couldn't not answer questions and when I asked to speak to a manager I was not able to because the kid that was working acted like he didn't know how to get a manager. When a hotel does not except cash as a form of payment, it should be posted somewhere on their web site or the booking agents site like Expedia. Only thing the kid could tell me was " I should of called the hotel first". Never in all the years that I have stayed anywhere, would cash not be excepted. I book and hold with my card then pay cash when I arrive. That's just how I do it. I can understand that people destroy rooms but I would never do that but don't put all your guest in the same category. Ended up staying at another hotel where I could pay with cash and had no problems.

Good price for hotel in area.

Pros: The price and size of room.
Cons: Cleaning tub, a more complete breakfast, and more coffee packets in room.
Location: Location was fine, we were there just to sleep.
The room was large and clean, except for the shower. Someone forgot to clean the tub. The room was quiet and nice size TV. Perhaps more than one coffee packet would have been appreciated.

Clean hotel minutes away from everything.

Pros: It was updates, staff was friendly, great vending machines and great value for the price. I was impressed with the service.
Cons: Housekeeping could come by later in the day.
Location: I was there for a business trip and this one was near my office.
Room was great for my needs, and I was very comfortable during my stay.

Nice hotel

When you come to stay at this hotel make sure that you get on the top floor right in the middle not at the end or the doors are and the staircase is too much noise otherwise I'd be a nice day the staff members upgrade some have attitudes that's if you come on a Saturday that's what I'm experiencing right now I do think they need to come and look at some of these rooms stay in somebody's room so they won't put you in a room where at the toilet runs all the time.

Nice hotel not too far from Mall of America

The staffd was extremely nice. Room was very clean. Came with refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer and coffee maker. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice hotel

We stayed here 2 nights for a weekend visit to the Mall of America and the MIA. We had a comfortable stay and it was close to several restaurants.

Hotel and room were nicely updated. I was a bit concerned of the condition as we paid such a low price but was very pleasantly surprised! Would have liked to see a more full continental breakfast but that's minor. It was quiet and clean and the staff was great! Couple small things to note: the bathroom sink drained incredibly slow; and the bathroom didn't seem to have an exhaust fan. Other than that we were very happy! The room had a mini fridge and microwave! Would definitely come here again!
