My room key and (i noticed) another guest's room uncoded easily. The front desk clerk had a very flat affect with everyone, demonstrating zero hospitality to any guest i witnessed.

It was a rather smelly building. Reminded me of a college dorm room, instead of a hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

The place was easy to get to and had free parking. The room was clean and couldn't hear any other person in motel all night. Would be nice to have a fridge and microwave but not a must.

I received 3 large bug bites after staying one night here was supposed to stay two night paid for two night but left after the first night. The hallways smelled very clean but the room didn’t also seem ants in the bathroom

The fridge didn't work in one suite and the standard room was quite smaller than expected, but staff was friendly, great customer service and communication. They was able to accommodate me.

Well, first of all I would like to say something about Teja, who checked me in. He was great! He was courteous, knowledgeable and on point. He was super great and easy to work with. Then, there was Ismail... I really appreciated working with Ismail, he was super customer service ( as was Teja), and the transition from night to morning staff was seamless. Both Ismail and Teja did a super job and are the kind of staff that you need in front office, customer environment. 5 Stars! *****

The rooms were just ok. There was not one single USB plug in the entire room, no mini fridge, TV was small and the shower head was only full blast with no way to adjust it down. Lastly, the mattresses were old and broke down, so not very comfortable. The room was clean, warm and quiet.

It was good but I had to leave the hotel because of the rate I found a better rate and I was trying to renew my stay and then couldn’t have the same rate that I got from the beginning. So I found a better rate near by this hotel.

The room definitely did not look like what they promote in the pictures. The sheets were stained and also the pillow cases. The carpet had burnt spots all over and the bathroom tub looked old. Also there was dust all around the window.
