Not a good stay

Online it appeared I booked a whirlpool suite but when I got there it was just a single room. The toilet overflowed from the back, I had to turn the water off then the clerk told me to wait awhile to see if he could get someone to fix it and if not he would change my room. No one came to fix it after an hour so he switched me to another single room that was freezing cold and did not have the microwave, refrigerator or a working remote control, it was short on towels and when I requested some I was told housekeeping was not in and I would have to wait until morning.
