Great location & clean room

Pros: Great location - close to airport and easy to get to U of M by highway. Great local shopping and able to do needed errands in neighborhood.
Cons: Need to provide free teabags in the room for tea drinkers. Room decor: wallpaper, bed linen, rugs are worn, tired looking and could be brighter, new

Great location - close to MSP airport, Mall of America and local shopping. 20 minutes away from U of MN by car. Free wifi and lots of parking - good features. Room very clean. Cleaning staff very pleasant and serviced the room even late in the afternoon. Hotel could use brighter decor, esp in the rooms and replace worn bed linens - dust ruffle with big hole in it. Missing - free tea bags in room for tea drinkers. No free breakfast but many eateries in immediate area if wanting to eat outside of hotel's dining area.

Close to the airport, has shuttle hourly

Great room, but, had is checked in for the day after our trip which resulted in another couple having keys to our room. When the front desk was called, they said we weren't due in til the following day. So we looked at our reservation and we were correct, they were wrong. Because they had given out room keys to the other couple ours no longer worked.

Will never come here again

I made my reservation over a month ago. When I went to check in the front desk said that they did not see that I have a reservation. I showed them my Expedia confirmation on my phone. I can tell that they overbooked and instead of telling me that, they told me that they just didn't have my reservation

Not sufficiently staffed for the size of the hotel

Pros: Location.
Cons: Staffing.
We could not get our room cleaned even though we were gone for 4 hours in the middle of the day. We were just told we could get some new towels. The walls were very thin, so we could hear everything from the folks in the room next door, even though they weren't being particularly loud. I chose this hotel for the proximity to the hospice that a relative was in. Needless to say, and for a number of reasons, we won't be going back.

I have had better sleep!

The beds were horrible, you would roll to the middle when lying in bed, the tub/shower leaked and a number of TV channels were unable to be viewed...The carpet in the room was also very dirty.
