Great Value

Posted Mar 23, 2017
Pros: The cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff. Price was excellent.
This is probably the best dollar value hotel in the Twin Cities. The facilities were immaculately clean, the staff friendly and welcoming, and the room was most pleasant. They have done a marvelous job updating the facility, the beds were comfortable, and finding a 55" TV, microwave, and refrigerator in the room was a definite plus.

Great place for the price

Posted Dec 17, 2016 on Hotels
If you are looking for the Hilton this is not for you. If you are like me and looking for a nice place to rest your head for the night and a good price you found the place. Have been frequenting this establishment for several years. Doesn't have all the fancy amenities but has comfortable beds and clean rooms. Walls a bit thin that let you hear the early loud mouths and the late night door bangers but other wise for a nice overnight stay can't beat the price.

Cons: The Pillows! And my back hurt every morning.
Location: We stayed there because it was close to our kids.
Staff is delightful and very helpful. The bed is ok but the pillows are non-existent. You might as well not have a pillow! Small room compared to other hotels.

Feels like A Nice Motel 6

Posted Nov 8, 2016 on Hotels
The hotel looked sketchy but Burnsville itself was beautiful and homey. The extra fees is $100 incase you smoke in a nonsmoking room that wasn't told at first so that took away from spending money . Is given back at the end . I suggest paying in cash . & the hotel doesn't charge you until after you check out keep that in spending wise . And the windows open with no screens on them . Lighting is very dim made it hard to do make up . Wifi was hard to connect to . Parking gets extremely packed fasted so might have to walk further to the doors. Beds are comfortable and tv service is great. Overall nice . Feels like a nice motel 6 .

Musty

Posted Nov 4, 2016
Pros: Amenities were great, hot tub and sauna were clean and nice. Front desk lady was really nice. Cons : The arcade part, half of the games were out of order and looked extremely old. Biggest issue was how old and dirty the rooms felt. The air felt musty immediately as you walk in, the bed was hard, the carpet was kind of gross...bring your own shampoo and soap. Theirs is in a packet and made my hair feel dry and awful
