Room was filthy! Paint coming off the walls. Big hole on the ceiling in the bathroom. No plates or things for the breakfast. Window broken in room and many other rooms. Pool was shut down by the city!!! It was really the worst hotel or motel i have ever stayed at in all my 53 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ----100 for rating!!!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! THE WHOLE PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED BY THE CITY. NOT JUST THE POOL AREA!!!!!!!!

The fact that it was close to where I needed to be was fantastic. However, holes in the walls, broken windows for a view, half used shampoo and conditioner bottles, missing drawer in desk, old and outdated furniture. Not sure how I feel about what's breakfast gonna be in the morning but not holding my breath.

When I first got there, they tried to put us in a room that was in the midst of being painted. The breakfast they served was stale and horrible. The customer service was for most of the time was unavailable. There was also a large red spot on the walls which was covered up by a table that they put in front of it in order to hide it. This definitely was not worth the money!!!!!!!

Both the Mattresses was broken on one side.washroom was not clean as someone pee on the toilet seat and all over the floor. When asked to change the room only answer is we do not have any other room. Breakfast time was 7-9 when reached at 8.30 everything is finished when asked about it just told 2 of our employees are sick thats why we do not have anything pathetic service. Do not recommend to anyone.

When we got to our room the night safety lock was BROKEN/ also every single night my husband or I had to have our room key redone for it would not open our room. We was not happy

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Room #204. Cigarette burns in the comforter, blood/stains on the ceiling, hair and urine soaked bathroom floor, stained and moldy/smelly fridge, cockroach on the wall, bullet hole in the bathroom door, ceiling light didn’t work, damaged furniture, and picture ripped off the wall. In addition the room key didn’t work and we had to go back to the lobby multiple times. This hotel should be torn down. I can’t believe the state doesn’t have a minimum standard for hotels. Stay away!

The pool was closed at the time for health and safety reasons so I was a little curious about that. The bed sheets we had we stained but it wasn’t a huge deal. I also found it a little weird that you couldn’t take breakfast back to the room but hats really not that big of a deal

Do not stay here. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was dirty, our 1st floor window was open (no screen) and the room reeked of bleach when we arrived. The curtains were closed, so we didn’t know the window was wide open until we heard siren blaring from the sketchy neighborhood surrounding the hotel. While brushing my teeth in the morning, I also got a foot bath because the pipes were leaking terribly. They only provided one towel and one bath mat. There were random plastic hangers and extra furniture stuffed in a corner. If it wasn’t after 10 pm when we arrived without a hotel available in 10 miles, we would have immediately left.

I won't stay there again, although the service by the front desk staff was excellent. Fitted bed sheet was ripped and mirror in bathroom had not been cleaned (was full of toothpaste spatter). Bed was clean and comfortable otherwise. Someone loudly dumped trash in a dumpster at 4 am, and dumpster was right outside my window. Pool was also closed. Overall, the hotel was disappointing.

I cannot recommend this hotel. Far below most quality inns. Dirty, smelly rooms, with no cleaning service during a four day stay. Run down and seedy in condition and clients.

This is the worst quality inn I have stayed in. Even though there is no smoking in the building the whole place smelled like it, even our room. Tapped up windows on the first floor. Front desk people were nice, but other then that it was horrible. The walls are pretty thin cause got woken up by the neighbors at 3am. We just left and sat at the nearby dennys at 4am because that was better then spending any more time here. DONT STAY HERE

The whole experience was a nightmare. There was no tv no working phone no towels no pillows I asked for the cleaning crew to do a quick clean while we were out for the day and it never got done. The whole hotel was dirty, broken ceiling, hanging loose wires, cat urine Oder, sticky floors, dirty walls, freezer in fridge was taken over by ice accumulation. No breakfast, dirty pool area, the list goes on. Wouldn’t spend over 60 bucks a night here.

Was very unimpressed with the state of the Hotel
This property I feel needs some updates and definitely some good cleaning there was mold in the toilet bowl, water was lukewarm dirt in the corner of the bathroom and around appliances, for the first time I did not put a do not disturb sign because we needed towels and wash cloths because we did not have a complete set no one came while we were out no sign telling us to request it. First place where you had to eat breakfast downstairs or would be charged if you took it to your room Dining area was very small to even suggest sitting down so just went without it. Did not expect the Ritz but paying over 100 a night should of been a little more of a comfortable spot

The Hotel needs to be cleaned better. The facility needed attention to Edge Vacuum Cleaning. The Room was ok. But the Hall Way and the Steps need cleaning.
