Straight forward airport hotel. Had a weekend stay while in and out of Minneapolis. Hotel is right off the highway so very easy to access. Mostly clean, just a pretty dated hotel. King Suite was fine, very spacious and fairly quiet even though it was right off of the elevator. The AC didn't work in our room so it got pretty toasty, but was tolerable. Breakfasts was pretty good! Would stay here again for the convenience and price.

Staffs smoking infront of the walk in door. Took a while for the staff to acknowledge that I was checking in when i said HELLO a couple of times. One of the staff walked right by me and ignore me. She didn't even asked if i have been helped.

Even though the price was somewhat reasonable the condition of the property, torn blinds, chipped paint, dirty lights fixtures…made it not worth it. Of all the staff I encountered, only one was truly polite

The property was semi community there. The morning staff was very nice. The evening staff, on the other hand was very rude. I walked into my room and there was only 2 towels. When wash crossed, things were not set up properly. Every single day that I was there. My key card would not work to get into my room. When I would come back from an outing with my kids It just wasn't a great experience. And I would not recommend it to anyone

They told us when we arrived we had to pay extra for parking-huh? After complaining politely they waved the fee which was nice but then gave us the room across from the maintenance and housekeeping center so we got to be awakened by the door banging open and closed all night. Got about 2 hours sleep.

We drove up to check in and immediately see 3 police arresting 2 women. Shades were ripped and hanging in the windows. We didn't even go inside. We drove away and found a Hilton and stayed there.

The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. Our bathtub drain plugged up on our first day and although we reported it several times, nothing was done about it. The pool room didn't have any towels in it on Sunday. The outside grounds were messy, full of garbage. The coffee was very weak. My husband reported all of our complaints to the staff person on duty before we left and got little to no response. I would not recommend this place to anyone else even though it was the least expensive hotel in the area.

It was an average place. It could use some paint and some updates. It was clean enough. Smelled good. Great size TV, living room was nice. It is in a seedy area in the evening. But other than that it was fine.
