Very convenient place to stay when attending an event in the theatre district. Staff 5 stars. Bed so comfortable, had not had a night without leg pain in months. Liked it so much looked for brand so I can look into purchase for home. We were on 10th floor so had a nice view and the floor/room itself was very quiet. But you will still hear outside siren noise being in a large city. The negative in this area is eating as most places don't open until 4 pm. And so many places have closed since our last visit 5 years ago.

The hotel was very nice, quiet, clean. We received a 15.00 gift voucher for being expedia members and had a lovely breakfast at Wodd and Paddle. Mohammed, the concierge was exceptional - so friendly and kind and thoughtful. He made us feel very well taken care of.

This hotel has a WiFi connection speed that could be compared to a third world country. Beyond slow. This caused the TV in the room to not work properly and disconnect from broadcasting every 15 min. The bathroom needs to have a vent as it gets really stuffy after taking a shower. Only 1 guy on the front desk was welcoming and clearly an expert in being accommodating.

The location of this hotel to the Target Center is very close. We also were able to walk to it via the inside skyway and so didn’t have to walk in the cold! The restaurant affiliated with the restaurant offered excellent food so we didn’t have to wander around looking for an alternative. We definitely would stay here again!

The check in staff was very friendly! The room had so many stains on carpet and furniture. The business class King Suite claims to sleep 3 but there was one bed and and couch that did not convert to a sleeper sofa and there wasn’t extra bedding to even try to use the couch as a place to sleep. No windows to the outside, just an uninspiring courtyard area.

I relly loved everything about my stay, the hotel is super nice, rooms are great, we had a great view, and the hotel restaurant was even awesome too. We ate there for breakfast and it was excellent. The only thing I would say somewhat of a complaint would be the front desk person was kind of rude from the beginning. We were there 1 hr early before technical check in time, because we were on a beer tour that picked up and dropped off at that hotel. The tour got done at 3 and I figured we could just try to check in then. There was another couple checking in too with someone else. My person kept saying we were checking in early, and then proceeded to say more than once, don't people know the check in time is 4? I kept feeling like I had to say sorry for being there 1 hr early. Pretty bad customer service in my opinion. EVERYTHING else was nothing short of amazing. Loved the location, super convenient and walkable. Would stay again!

For some reason the carpet in my room was wet when I checked in. Plus the pillows were very small, which is strange as the bed was very large. I also ran a bath and the water kept draining by itself even though I’d plugged the drain.
