It is near family, secure, clean and comfortable. I am happy that full service dining is located in the hotel. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming.
We were pleased with our stay. There was a problem with the heat in our room when we arrived but they fixed it very promptly and gave us vouchers for breakfast the next day. Great customer service.
Fire alarm going off; had to move rooms. No answer at desk or room service for 3 days. Back door access not working; park behind walk around the whole building to get in.

This is a new hotel in a newly developed area. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. We ordered carry out from the on site restaurant and the food was good. It is not a walkable area from the hotel but it's an easy drive to shops & restaurants.

Reservation but NO room!!!
I made my reservation a month before my stay and when I got the the hotel I was informed that they didn’t have a room for me! I already had all my luggage and things on a cart in the lobby! The had emailed me a few hours before when I was already driving so I didn’t see the email. They booked us in another hotel 15 miles away from where we were wanting to stay. Very disappointing that they would do this when I reserved the room weeks before!

Like we mentioned, due to an unforeseen maintenance issue, we unfortunately did have to move you to a different location, but paid for all accommodations and refunded your stay.
