Spacious 5-bedroom house in terrific Hopkins with open living and dining space.

This smoke-free multi-level home gives you plenty of space to spread out, with five real bedrooms split across three floors. On the main level, the primary bedroom is big enough for a king-size bed and includes a futon, desk, and closet. The master has basically everything you'd want in a private spot to relax or get stuff done. The second bedroom on this floor is smaller and cozy, with a twin bed and a bookcase, good for a kid or a guest room. The full bathroom nearby has a shower and a simple vanity setup.
The main floor also has a living room with a TV, couch, and coffee table set up for lounging or having a few people over. Right next to that is an open dining space that fits six, and a kitchen that's been recently updated. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove), a dishwasher, and all the basic tools you need to cook. Black countertops contrast with white cabinets, and the corner windows bring in natural light throughout the day.
Upstairs, there's one big bedroom with a queen bed, extra chairs for hanging out, and a walk-in closet. Down in the fully remodeled basement, you'll find two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and closet space, along with a second full bathroom. There's also a large family room down there with a sectional, TV, and even a foosball table, so that space works well as a second hangout zone or game room.

The laundry area has a washer, dryer, utility sink, and extra storage. Outside, there's a front and back patio for grilling or catching some sun. A detached single-car garage is included. Pets are allowed if you check with the owner first.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Hopkins. The house had lots of space spread out over three floors, which made it perfect for our group. Each bedroom was comfortable and nicely furnished, and the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil, dish, towel, and cleaning supply we could have needed. The whole place was spotless and very well-maintained.We also appreciated the ample parking spaces and how convenient the location was. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood near Interlachen, but still very close to the highways, which made it easy to get around and explore the Minneapolis area.Overall, this was one of the cleanest and most well-equipped rentals we’ve stayed in. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
