Have stayed here several times the staff has always been helpful and pleasant. We had an issue with our original room and after some troubleshooting they promptly decided to put us in another room with no issues.

Easy check in, great parking options, close to lots of stuff but still quiet. Staff was friendly, the pool and hot tub were nice. The outdoor patio would be great on warmer days, great view.

Staff was very nice and accomodating. Easy access to the MOA. Breakfast was ok, the pool was pretty cold, hot tub was small, but at least they have one. Overall we enjoyed our stay. My daughter liked the cookies!! Will definitely stay again.

The property was great and the continental breakfast was wonderful. Hot tub was cold the first night but was hot by the next day. I would definitely stay again.

Great hotel! Very clean. Nice pool and hot tub. Continental breakfast every morning was great with many options. Shuttle drivers were so helpful and it was SO handy to have a ride to and from nearby shopping. Did not notice any noise from planes flying over, since it’s close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again!!

Hotel itself is nice, our room was kind of run down though. Paint on walls chipped, bathtub safety mat old and stained, dead box elders on window sill, and the most annoying, the drawer on the nightstand in between the beds kept popping open. Front desk did call maintenance right away as requested. Also, a loud group of teens there for the weekend ran up and down the halls over and over again all hours of the day and night. I heard another guest complain and front desk staff did attempt to find kids, but apparently couldn’t because it still was loud. Overall, a good stay. I’d probably stay again, just will double check room before I settle in.

This property went out of its way to make sure you had everything you needed. They had great breakfasts and cookies at night. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was excellent. I would stay here every time we need hotel in this area.

I thought that this was a nice property, clean and convenient. My only issue was that you can hear a fair bit of noise from other guests. I would suggest staying on the top floor, and use white noise. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. My suite had a separate area with a couch and desk which was very nice.

We did not know that we had to pay extra for the Shuttle to the airport & parking at the hotel because we booked through Hotels.com. Otherwise, our stay was excellent-good breakfast, comfortable bed, friendly staff, very clean accommodations.

There is also an option when choosing your room type for a guest to add in the airport parking package. This is something we will work with Hotels.com on to see if maybe it can be more prominent. Me and my boyfriend stay here quite frequently. We have never really had any “serious” issues up until this last time. We got woken up at 6am by a family in a room near us. After we had a late check in the night before. My boyfriend called the front desk to see if there was anything they could do. He was being polite, and was talking calmly to Lynette, who was working the front desk. And she jumped down his throat and said that she was “sick of hearing his voice.” Completely uncalled for. Rude, and so unprofessional. It completely caught him off guard. Considering that we paid over $100 for one night of sleep, and didn’t get to sleep hardly at all, And then to have your employee respond to him rude like that?! Ridiculous. We have been loyal guests with you for quite some time now, but now after we were disrespected like that, we will never be returning again. Completely unnecessary.
