Never Again
First room I was greeted by a couple roaches. Was moved to the next room where the toilet continually ran all night. Was told no other rooms were available. Found out in the morning from manager there were. In sense was so strong to cover up pot smell. Noise all night till 6am with slamming doors. Every patron I saw was obviously high. Don’t stay here at all cost. Patrons also hassled me for money.

Worst hotel ever
Stayed for business, unfamiliar with the area and it was close to the office. This is clearly where homeless crack heads live full time. Between the rock hard beds and the screams of drug induced terror all night i had very little rest. What can you do though, its Minneapolis. Import the 3rd world, become the 3rd world.

Entire property was gross. Trash laying every where both in and outside of hotel. Entire place stunk like weed. Toilet ran constant. Only a few lights in the room worked. Very dark. Shower had hair in it. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Over powering aroma of marijuana and cleaners, sticky carpet, cigarette holes in the bedding, graffiti on the dresser and back of bathroom door… someone called the room phone at 3:30 and then knocked on my door at 3:50 am. Very scary!

Will never stay at a super it again
We checked in in the room, was so horrible that I immediately called hotels.com to see if I could cancel my second night stay and before I was done with the call I asked if I could cancel the entire reservation. It also said it had an elevator it did not. There was a gooey substance on the desk and stains on the sheets and put stools. I’ve never seen a room so unclean.

Was traveling long distance, had car trouble, and they promised a check-in by 5:30 am. Got there , no one at front desk. Called and was told it was too late. The room was prepaid.

property overall was out of date and run down. the building inside and out smelled of mariquana and air freshener. didn't really like anything about it. dirty diapers and beer caps in the hallway. disgusting

Absolutely disgustingly dirty and trashy. White socks became BLACK from walking around in room on carpet. Bare feet became BLACK just the same. Filthy and disgusting. No water to shower until nighttime. Carpet in room had 💩 and filth all over it. Not even vacuuming would have helped and it obviously was not vacuumed probably ever. Never again. Hookers, prostitutes, and drug dealers. That's who they cater to.

Condition and cleanliness of the room was actually quite good, although the bathroom area was way too small. The otside entrance area left a lot to be desired. It looked 'tacky'. The flower boxes were full of weeds - no flowers. Sidewalk full of gum residue - in DIRE need of a powerwash !

Definitely not what the pictures showed. It smelled like marijuana throughout the entire hotel and the rooms smelled bad. Would not recommend this hotel again.

There was panhandling at the front door. Breakfast was terrible, along with the coffee. If you want a cheap room and don't care about the condition, it's the place for you.
