Small rooms, little to no amenities, several charges on bill including $34 for valet parking we didn't utilize. Staff was friendly and corrected issues right away.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your interactions with our staff, I am very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet and exceed your expectations. Our room sizes do vary due to the conversion of a pre-existing building, in this case, the Midland Bank Building, to hotel space. This also resulted in restrictions on the amenities you often see in other hotels, such as a pool and hot tub. I apologize for the billing error you encountered. While this certainly should not have happened, I am happy that you were able to have that corrected with the assistance of our front desk staff. Thank you again for your comments. I hope you will consider staying with us again when your travels bring you back to Minneapolis and check out one of our larger room options.

Not worth the money

Good location for stadium events but overpriced even for Mpls. Less than average room, uncomfortable beds, 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth in a double room, dark & dreary decor, very noisy - can hear everyone above/below, mediocre service. $425 for convenient location.

Please know that the quantity of bath linens that you found in your guest room is certainly not the standard quantity for our guest rooms and I apologize for that unacceptable oversight on our part. I appreciate you sharing your concerns so we can address them and make adjustments. While the prices of our facilities do fluctuate with the volume of business in the downtown area, as do the prices of similar hotels in the area, we do believe that we offer a good value given our downtown locations. However, in your case it appears that we have failed to meet your expectations in this regard and for that I am truly sorry. Thank you again for sharing your experience. We greatly value you as a guest and hope you will allow us another opportunity in the future to provide you with a much better experience.

not worth the money

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was a bit small in comparison to others, but we didn't need much. Check-in and out was easy. However, after arriving home I find that there have been two temporary charges on my credit card, one dated the day after we checked out and left the state. I confirmed with front desk that our room had no additional charges when we left, and was transferred to accounting, who I have yet to hear back from. Additionally, the majority of our stay half of the hotel was blocked off for a wedding. We are at the hotel restaurant and could only sit in the bar area, and during the day the next day one door was blocked off because of the wedding. Normally hotels have events like this without inconveniencing the other guests who paid for the full experience as well. Overall I expected better for the price and for the autograph collection.

Beautiful Hotel with a great location.

I only stayed for one evening but I will certainly rebook at this property. The rooms are nicely appointed and the beds were ultra comfortable. Both sidesleeper and back sleeper pillows are included on the beds. Plenty of electrical outlets for business travelers.

When I checked in the room that was originally assigned wasn't clean. the pillows where on the floor the bed was undone. Had to change rooms. 2nd assigned room was okay

Nice downtown location. Close to light rail. A few blocks from Whole Foods so I could pick up healthy snacks. Comfy bed. A small would be nice but otherwise perfect!

Good Stay

It was a good value for what I paid. Spacious room that was pretty clean with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. High ceilings make the rooms seem even larger. The hotel restaurant and bar look nice, but we went with other nearby dining options. Very nice use of elegant old architecture and updating it with modern accents.

The front desk people were beyond rude. The $35 parking fee was ridiculous and the $25 for an hour late check out also. Loved the overall feeling of the hotel!

Very clean and fancy hotel, one of the best downtown Minneapolis. Food was great at the restaurant located in hotel.
