I will start by saying that the room generally looked clean and overall I didn't have issues with the staff. My disappointed rating is due to: 1. Included breakfast consisting of Little Debbie snacks 2. Cigarette burn on the toilet seat 3. Cigarette burned towel that appeared to be refolded rather than replaced 4. Faucet missing the faceplate that protects your hand 5. Stained furniture I had a 5-night stay and THIS is the room they put me in.
