WARNING **STAY CLEAR! DON"T STAY HERE WITH A PET!

I will NEVER stay at a W or this place EVER again. As the saying goes, 'You Have Choices in Life'. In this case do it! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Quiz time: What is the difference between a Fee and a Deposit? At the W it's the same thing! We all loose! YEA! They charged me $125.00 for my dog! The site on Hotels.com said $25.00 Fee with a $100.00 pet deposit. OK, fine and dandy... The hotel said, no it's a Fee... They were jerks about it too, like they are the only hotel within a hundred miles. The hotel was dank and danker. Fake, phoney crapola....

Cannot wait to return!!!

My daughters and I stayed there for a get-away. We loved the history of it, the incredible views, and the amazing bar. The only jarring note was the too dark lobby and elevators throbbing with disco music and lights. This first impression would be better if they played up the Art Deco design and left out the music. But still, an A+ experience. We left vowing we would return, something we have not experienced before.

our stay was certainly one to remember. we were staying to celebrate our engagement and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it memorable! the hotel itself was very modern with great amenities including: late night room service, on site lounge/bar, and on site spa. Lee at the front desk was very friendly and hospitable. He and the hotel even treated us to a complimentary bottle of wine to help us celebrate our engagement!
