Turned away

When I showed up to check in, the hotel staff informed me that Expedia head over booked their hotel. They had no room for me and were of absolutely no assistance in finding alternate accommodations.

Nice Hotel close to Shopping Center

Nice hotel with very comfortable bed. We got a fun welcome gift too. Courtyard style design of interior can be a drawback if there are loud people in the pool in the morning as the sound carries up to the rooms.

The hotel seemed like it was going out of business. Most of the staff did not want to be bothered with issues. The gentleman in housekeeping did find me a mirror, and the young lady in the bar was very friendly. The front desk towards the end of our stay did get nicer. We were not able to leave because of Harvey. Our home is in Houston. Expedia was great on calling not only the hotel but rental car and airline We tried to get the staff to arrange transfer to The J.W. Marriott at The Mall of America but were told they were not a sister project?

Great beds, sheets, pillows, and comforters! Clean! Pool and hot tub were dope!

Had a great stay. the 4th flr lounge with it's breakfast was great. Easy parking and easy to use Wi Fi

there was an old Band-Aid in my bed !!!!! one of 2 elevators didn't work...and the lady assistant manager walked up and tore off the "out of order" notice taped to the door.......it didn't work for the 2 days I was there

Nice hotel, but disappointed this time

Pros: Beautiful hotel and it's close to many things in the area.
This is our favorite hotel to stay at while in Minneapolis. However, this stay was disappointing! We had booked a room with Double Beds, and was told upon arrival that our room was going to be a King Bed. After showing the front desk my confirmation for a Double Bed, we received a roll away bed "at no charge". Really? There were 3 Guests listed for this Room, however, there were only 2 sets of towels for our room. We visited the Pool in the evening and there wasn't one Pool towel to be had. On top of this all, our room was FREEZING! We shut the air conditioner off but a fan continued to blow cold air all night.....none of us got much sleep.
