great location

we were in town for a dance competition and this hotel was only a few miles from the venue. It is right across the street from a mall, there is plenty of nearby restaurants, coffee, etc. The bar/lounge only serves food until 10:00 pm and is only open until 11:00 pm, even on weekends so be prepared. The breakfast buffet/restaurant was delicious.

Very centralized, clean, great staff, live staying

I stay here about twice a month. Clean helpful staff close to everything the very enjoyable pool is perfect size for the kids

Loud hotel packed w/sports parties

Tried checking in 3 times due to room unavailability. Our room was right outside the pool, which should have been a bonus. There were easily 30 kids in the pool & hot tub and very little seating around the pool to accommodate the various groups! The pool is not in a separate room, it's in the middle of the hotel, open air. The entire hotel smelled of clorine. Aside from all of that, the hotel looks very nice!

Think twice

Nice looking hotel. Room was clean and well decorated but underneath it was bad. Phone did not work, front desk worker was grumpy and not helpful, toillette was broken. Would not stay again.

Very Loud! Like a Circus environment

My room was right by pool which was a open concept pool in center of where half of room are located. This is very family friendly environment but if you want piece and quite its non existent and overbearing from about 8am-11-11:30 at night in the half of hotel that’s around pool. Asked front desk for another room on other side and they couldn’t help. If you bring family and are ok with loud, circus experience it’s great, otherwise I don’t recommend this hotel. Even heard a dog barking constantly in morning close to my room

Good hotel

A verey clean, nice and upscale hotel. Rooms were roomy and fully functional. Comfortable beds. TV worked good. Af nice stay in a convenient area

The air conditioner was very loud. There was garbage and dirty dishes left in the hallway.

Location: Great location! Easy to get to downtown.
I wouldn't order breakfast for room service. My food wasn't hot enough and no microwave in the room. I did not receive my orange juice and had to call for it. I would have enjoyed the continental breakfast instead.
