Great location

Pros: Extremely helpful staff, from maids to front desk.
Location: Great location - close and easy access to Interstate.
Short stay, but very comfortable rooms , and helpful staff

Large, updated rooms-excellent amenities

Location: Close to Mall of America, US Bank Stafium, very central location.
So pleased with our stay. Quick easy check in/check out, great amenities, room and bathroom was large and updated. Close to everything. Would definitely stay there again!

Pros: Luxurious, Clean, Neat Rooms with all the amenities!
Cons: Was a bit noisy from the swimming pool in the Atrium..

Cons: All of the above
No Air conditioning or heat! They gave us the room knowing it was not working for weeks. Gave us a window unit the 2nd day and wanted to take it out the next day before we checked out. What more can I say. Three of the exercise machines where not working and they did not keep the towels and disinfection wiper were not available.

shouldn't have booked a poolside room because the room felt a little humid and carpet damp but that was the only thing negative I can say about a wonderful experience.

The staff helped when we needed it. The location was great. Easy on and off hwy. lots of fun stuff to do. Lots of places to eat. Great outside activities; walking, biking. Try it for yourself. Phil E

Nice Hotel - great location

Cons: Would have liked a continental breakfast
We stayed at the Sheraton while visiting family, attending the State Fair and the Renaissance Fair. The hotel is lovely and very easy to find. I love that it is across the street from the mall.

DANCE PARTY

Pros: Clean and comfy
Cons: Our air conditioner did not work well. Better event security.
Location: Nice little mall next door.
They hosted a Somalian dance party that got out of control. When we returned to our hotel we could not park anywhere close to the hotel. Had to park in the YMCA parking lot and walk through that crowd to get to our hotel.. My wife was scared and wanted to leave.

Sheraton club rooms are the best

My husband and I stayed in their club room. We loved it. We had access to the club lounge where we were served breakfast daily and also small bites in the evenings. The rooms were cleaned daily. There is a mall right opposite the hotel, for last minute shopping needs whilst on vacation. We were also able to print our boarding pass for free on the day of departure. The only con was our ac that stopped working and we had to settle for a fan because they were unable to repair it whilst we were there. Overall, it was such a smooth stay and we enjoyed every bit of it.
