Carpet had large stains , remote for tv was taped with electrical tape to hold batteries in place. Bed skirt covered in stains. Breakfast area creamers all empty the entire weekend and not very clean

The pool/hot tub were closed for maintenance the weekend I was there. The television and wifi were down for a bit the second night I was there.

My room was large. They didn’t have working internet for a good part of the night. The couch in our room was terribly dirty. This hotel could definitely use some updates.

Very convenient. Easy check in and parking. Rooms can use a deep cleaning. Shampoo carpets. Wash windows and window sills, bathroom grout around the tub was gross. But otherwise good nice hotel.

Pros: Most staff accomodated as best they could. Breakfast was hot and stayed stocked. Cons: Hottub not working. Hallway floors are never cleaned/vaccumed over the course of 3 days (a pill sat on the floor for all 3 days). Hotel room had 8 cluster blood stain spots on the mattress cover (still redish brown/not faded or discolored—so—not washed!). Moved rooms to 2nd floor—floor of room was filthy full of stains (needs a serious steam clean), bathroom vent came roaring on. Moved to a third room on the first floor again—it was better—just needed to request towels. Parking lot has garbage, cans and bottles all over the place. They clearly need an overhaul in Management! We have stayed there quite a few times—it’s went downhill! Likely will never stay here again.

The Manager of this hotel is jaw droppingly unprofessional and doesnt care about anything. If you have a concern the response will always be "things happen", "I don't care", "not my problem", or a combination of all three. The carpets are filty, walls are dirty and beat up, waffle iron not cleaned, pool area filthy, and the whole vibe in general is gloomy. Had 3 people in 1 room..got towels for 2..asked for more towels the next day and the Manager said " we dont have any". Used to be a hidden gem in Minot but now I would pay a nickel to stay here. Go anywhere else unless you enjoy being literally screamed at by the Manager and told to "GET OUT" because you pursue asking for more/new towels.
