Pros: managers specials thru the week.
Cons: new mattresses... folded up on us like a taco. hot tub did not have jets working properly.
needs to be updated in area we stayed on - hallway had "old" smell to it. good pillows but mattress were either old and worn out or a cheap brand as we rolled to the middle. heater/air conditioner is the older kind so loud.

Near mall but room just ok

Hotel lobby remodelled but rooms need to be as bathroom ceiling tiles stained and gross. Room needs to be cleaned better. Hotel great location!

I’ve stayed at the Best Western Kelly Inn several times and loved it! This time is no exception except the pool this time was freezing, which was fixed by the next morning thankfully!! The other issue with their the pool was all the kids in outback group had a bad reaction to the pool at some point!

No hot water

I prepaid for my whirlpool room a month ago. Found out at check in that there is no hot water. Unfortunately the hotel can’t help because I had already paid through Expedia. Very bummed this Christmas night. ☹️

Great Hotel -Location

The hotel was really clean and welcoming. The breakfast was huge with a lot of options. It's right next to the mall and several restraunts. The pool was kind of difficult to enjoy. No way for older or larger people to get in or out. But the hot tub made up for it.

Friendly staff, needs an update.

When we go to Minot North Dakota we like staying at the Best Western because of the price a nd location. But the hotel is starting to show wear and tear. The bedding is falling apart, the bathroom sink was plugged, and the continental breakfast ran out of food. Hopefully they can do some upgrades. The staff was really friendly and accommodating.

Stormy weather

We were only planning on staying Friday. The staff was super helpful and made sure there was a room available if we were storm stayed another night.

Thus hotel is dated. Needs to b upgraded. Hotel staff very friendly and hotel is definitely pet friendly
