Close to mall

When checked in I asked them about room by the pool and the reponse was 'you booked by expedia not us' put us on ignore. Our room was not vaccumed. Would reccomened room because by mall

clean hotel

Our room was clean - bathroom was missing washclothes. The hotel could use a little updating in the hallways and rooms but it's not terrible. The pool area is nice and a good place for gathering. Our room lock was very hard to open - told the front desk about it and he said that room is the only one like that - maybe try changing the lock.

Pros: managers specials thru the week.
Cons: new mattresses... folded up on us like a taco. hot tub did not have jets working properly.
needs to be updated in area we stayed on - hallway had "old" smell to it. good pillows but mattress were either old and worn out or a cheap brand as we rolled to the middle. heater/air conditioner is the older kind so loud.

Near mall but room just ok

Hotel lobby remodelled but rooms need to be as bathroom ceiling tiles stained and gross. Room needs to be cleaned better. Hotel great location!

I’ve stayed at the Best Western Kelly Inn several times and loved it! This time is no exception except the pool this time was freezing, which was fixed by the next morning thankfully!! The other issue with their the pool was all the kids in outback group had a bad reaction to the pool at some point!

No hot water

I prepaid for my whirlpool room a month ago. Found out at check in that there is no hot water. Unfortunately the hotel can’t help because I had already paid through Expedia. Very bummed this Christmas night. ☹️
