They did not allow the 2 hr early check-in. Thefirst room was not a king and the befd wad messy like domeone had dlrpt in it. The gave us a different room that was upgraded to a suite. They nolonger hsve kleenex and laundry bags in the room.

We are sorry you were unhappy with your stay. When the reservation comes down to us we put you in the room the reservation says so we are sorry they booked you in the wrong type of room. the early check in is something we can't control as check out is at 12:00.

The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was well maintained, rooms were clean, and the amenities were fine. They served an average continental breakfast. It was OK but the sausage was cold both mornings that we were there. Overall this hotel was great. I would definitely recommend it and I will stay here again.

Sandy at the front desk was amazing when we checked in! Met other staff and they were just awesome! Hotel is dated but it was clean and very homey. We will certainly be staying there again!

When we got to our room, the room was all over the place. There was miscommunication and the cleaning staff decided to shampoo our room. We did, however, get a new room, a Suite, with a King bed and hide-a-bed. But, when we went to use the hide-a-bed, the bed was never cleaned from the last time. Gross!! We tried to call down to get new sheets and a blanket, but they never answered at the front desk. Overall, nice hotel, but the cleaning crew was awful!!!

Parking lot was safe and clean. Checked into the room easily and quickly. The woman at the desk was friendly. Room was spacious. Building and rooms were a bit outdated but clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet and air conditioning worked well. Pool was warm, a good size and very clean. Both pool and hot tub had walk in stair entry and chair lift entry for people with disabilities. There is a shower available at the pool and it is a salt water pool. Hot tub had a few chipped parts at the bottom, and my son cut his foot on it, but he just needed a bandaid. Breakfast was fantastic. We have 3 boys that like to eat. There were so many choices. Dry cereal, cookie bars, pastries, waffles, eggs (2 ways), bacon, bread, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal....the list goes on and on. Great stay, would recommend.
