The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I mistakenly booked a king size bed suite for our family of 4, instead on a 2 queen beds suite. I didn't realize this until we opened the door to our room. I called the front desk and the lady immediately changed our booking, and was very understanding of my mistake. In addition she did not charge us the difference for this upgrade.
Both suites were spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel has a grocery store close by (~3 mins drive), so it was very easy picking up grocery for our meal.
It also has the best complimentary breakfast so far among all the 3-4 star hotels we've stayed across the country. The omelette is made to your specification on site; the french toast, eggs and sausages were great too.
If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here.

When travelling with little ones, it definitely makes a difference when you can cook and grocery shop a couple blocks away from the hotel.
