The lady on the evening shift went out of her way to make sure we were welcome offering us cookies and hot chocolate while she checked us in. Then phoned our room to make sure everything was clean and comfortable. She was pleasant and courteous. The morning checkout, on the other hand left something to be desired. The girl was rude and definitely wanted to be somewhere else. A pleasant good morning, or how was your stay, would have been nice, but took the keys to my room and looked away, Other than that we had a wonderful room, very nice breakfast, and would definitely stay there again.

Please accept my sincere apologies if any of the staff was rude to you during your stay. That is simply unacceptable! We pride ourselves on making sure that all of our guest receive great service and a clean comfortable room. To hear that this didn't happen for you is truly disappointing. I hope you will give us another chance to provide you with 5 star service in the future.
