Bathrooms in the rooms could use some TLC, lots of bugs and dust in the lights, mattress on pullout had a big stain on it. No maid service, don’t expect room to be made up every day, but for price you pay, should have not have to go to front desk every day and get coffee and clean towels. Continental breakfast and happy hour down in the breakfast room from 5-7 was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a 2 bed suite. I tried to check in over the phone and pay with my card. The person helping me on the phone did not know how to check in via telephone. So our family. “Meet up” couldn’t happen until late in the evening. The dresser only had one working drawer. The television in the room turned on all through the night. We had to unhook the cords after completely pulling out the dresser. We tried calling down to the front desk but the phone was off the hook all night. The heat didn’t work in the room, we froze. The pullout bed had food and leftover drink bottles stuck in the cushions. We asked for a blanket set for the pullout bed. After realizing the set only came with one blanket and pillow we asked for extra. We were told they don’t have anymore. The pool was disgusting. You were not able to see the bottom of the pool in the 3 foot area. The water was greenish brown. The morning did not get better. We arrived for breakfast during breakfast hours. The food was out. We waited 10 minutes while employees figured out who was responsible for putting out food. By the time one food item was brought out, 25 minutes later, we asked about any other food being prepared. Received no response. We had 20 eggs available to eat. Bagels were hard as a rock, sand with English muffins. Coffee was empty all morning. At 9:25 am the lights were turned off and the little food that was available was immediately cleared. All in all, the hotel was disgusting and nobody cared.

The hotel staff was super friendly and the pool & spa were great. But we were less than impressed with the cleaniness of the room. I found a couple nicotine pouches on the floor along with popcorn that wasnt vaccumed up. This is a handicap accessible room and some of the bars that the people rely on were loose and almost falling off. For me the cleanliness is everything that drives a good review. Thats why I didnt give the best review this time.

SPECTACULAR Place to Stay..
The front desk staff are so nice. Paige went above and beyond to make sure our stay was spectacular. We love how spacious the rooms are and the price is very resonable. The fact that they are pet friendly is a bonus as well. Not to mention their breakfast amd social hours are outstanding.We stay at this hotel every time we go to Minot ND to visit.

This hotel was nice and roomy. The furniture in the sitting area was a bit dated. We were at breakfast about thirty minutes after it started and the only fruit left was one apple. Not sure what the meat dish was supposed to be but think pairing it with picante sauce and tortillas would have made it more appetizing.

The location of the bed to the bathroom in our room was distracting because of light, water noise (shower/toilet flushing) if someone else was trying to sleep. The bed should be moved to opposite wall. Also the couch was VERY uncomfortable to sit on! 😫 The breakfast buffet was FABULOUS!🤗

Spacious and comfortable room
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is a comfortable hotel, but rooms are getting a little dated. It has a great patio area. Enjoyed the space in our suite and appreciate the divider door between the sleeping and lounging space as I get up early and this allows me to enjoy my coffee and read without disturbing my wife. The shower had low pressure. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels and comfortable bedding. We enjoyed the great room as it allowed our family to gather for coffee. Nice breakfast. Check-in and checkout was effortless and staff was friendly and helpful.

The needed to be replaced the mattress is worn out. The bed frame had some issues. The refrigerator made noise.

We have stayed in this property several times over the years. It is the best option for us in Minot. The staff is helpful and friendly. The included breakfast is better than most found in hotels. We noticed this time that some areas of the hotel, including some things in our rooms, are starting to get somewhat rundown. Sticky doors, missing hardware, etc. The property could use a little bit of TLC to keep it up to its high level.

Pretty dirty, left over hair in shower and beer cans/trash left in stairways. Usually a good stay but wasn’t impressed during our recent stay.
