“Layout is bizarre. To eat, I had to go through the locker room with my food to the common area. When I checked in and unpacked my things in an upper capsule, I noticed I was sinking by the door getting in and out, and lifted the mattress to see the board supporting my bed was in pieces in that area so my weight was on the ceiling of the capsule below me when getting in and out. I went to the desk to speak to someone about it and he was nice and helpful, said they couldn't get it fixed today so……
