Good Location, helpful staff

Pros: Pleased with how helpful the staff was. Breakfast buffet was very nice.
Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping within 5 blocks.
Good location In Miraflores. Market, Kennedy park and the Inka Market are in easy walking distance. Felt safe walking the main streets in the evening. Some staff very warm and welcoming and others less warm but all were willing to help when we asked. Bottled water was S/. 8 per liter but it was cheaper in the lobby. If you are willing to walk 2 blocks to the market, the water was S/. 1.15 per 600ml. Hotel is located on a busy street so there is street noise.

Staff unprofessional and not responsive.

I booked because it was supposed to be par of the Expedia VIP program, but they simply said the were not and refused to give any special treatment. All the opposite, they were rude abr nothing got better during the test of the stay.

the best hotel in Lima for the price and service

Pros: they know me and take care of me and all clients
Location: visiting, eating, shopping, sightseeing, etc
great tiem at the hotel, good service, good food, great beers and nice people

Great stay. Would easily do it again.

Great stay. Air conditioner in room 1019 died upon coming back from dinner but we were too exhausted (flew in from Cusco after trekking for a week+) to do anything about it. Not sure why it quit but that interior room got hot real quick.

Decent and close to La Pizza street for party.

GF and I enjoyed it, for the price and size nothing my special. Good variety of breakfast. Don't get massage there, overpriced and tried to swipe my watch but the front desk recovered it so I still felt good about my stay

Friendly staff and very clean. Stayed for a few nights and the room was always very clean. Great location also!
