EXCELLENT LOCATION, FRIENDLY STAFF ... MORE THAN E

Pros: the room, the friendliness of the employees, the breakfast delicious.
Cons: I wish they had lunch service or cafeteria for a coffee
Location: the location near kenedy park in miraflores
I LIKE EVERYTHING, TOTALLY RECOMMENDED, I LIKE EVERYTHING, FULLY RECOMMENDED, MY FLIGHT WAS AT NIGHT, AND THEY HAD NO PROBLEM IN KEEPING THE BAGGAGE AND ATTENDING US.

Wonderful Stay

Overall my experience here was great. I love, love the location. Right across from Inka, Indian and several other markets for all your shopping needs. I almost bought everything. It is a awesome location no doubt. It is also close to the Park of Love, which was awesome. Located in the best place you can stay in Lima, all tours usually begin here in Miraflores. One thing about the hotel was that the elevator wasn't working so climbing 4 floors was tough. Also, the phone didn't connect with the front desk so I had to dragged that shopping filled suitcase down 4 flights of stairs. Also, never got the iron I requested for. Wish they had room service like their sister hotels, but still nice place. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Short stay

Stayed for 3 nights Room was good and staff were excellent.Hotel very convenient for Miraflores and transport to old city and hop on bus.Recomended.

Convenient location maybe not a 3 star

Pros: Neighborhood, The hotel is safe, the staff are accommodating, they'll make reservations at area restaurants, and respond to requests where they can.
Cons: Keep level of services/amenities consistent for all hotels.Hours for breakfasts, food offerings, linen service, they need to continue what was started
Location: Lots of nearby restaurants, museums, galleries, and shopping choices.
Part of my disappointment is due to the late start for breakfast which I didn't get 2 of 3 days due to early departures. The day I was able to stay for breakfast, the hot food was cold, the bread was stale and juice ran out. Definitely not 3 star offering. The rooms were an adequate size especially for a downtown hotel. They were clean and, for the most part comfortable, however street noise was a problem in all three of the rooms I was in. There was no consistency in air conditioning. One room had only a ceiling fan but no way to turn it on. One room had AC and fan but only one remote for AC. In one room the shampoo and soap dispenser in the shower was almost empty. Most disappointing was that the floors are split levels so if you aren't on the floor the elevator stops on you have to carry your baggage up and down at least one flight of stairs, Top floor (5th?) gets to climb from the floor below. On the up side - the hotel is safe, the staff are accommodating, they'll make reservations at area restaurants, and respond to requests where they can. Lots of nearby restaurants, museums, and shopping choices.

Great staff!

The staff was the best! We were trying to book tickets to Machu Picchu using the hotel internet. We had been unable to book them in the States. The staff spent a lot of time trying to help us. The room was very comfortable. There is an air conditioning unit in each room which was perfect white noise for sleeping.

Great home base.

Simple, clean, new, nice size room, staff great, across from market for last trinkets, walking around is safe, wish I would have stayed here first night.
