Well Done Hilton Miraflores

Great place. Adequate facilities. Rooftop pool is a nice touch. Great lication. Absolutely terrific staff. The breakfast team was extremely serviceable. I travel frequently and the food and service at the restaurant was top notch. To do: Rooms are small. This is more of a business hotel. I traveled with kids and the rooms were cramped. Suites only come with one king size bed. No hotel store. No service by the pool.

Very good restaurant and excellent location.

My wife and I went for the first time to vacation in Lima for five days. The Hilton of Miraflores has an excellent location in one of the best area of the city of Lima. Near the Hilton you can find excellent restaurants, beautiful parks and shopping centers.

Lovely oasis in Miraflores

The Hilton Miraflores provides world class service and comfort. We greatly enjoyed the 11th floor lounge and infinity pool. The good and beverages were excellent. Gracias and viva Peru!

Good Hotel

The hotel was very nice, very modern , great location, excellent staff. Only complains is the water pressure was not good and sheets were not soft.

Lima - Hilton Miraflores

Great hotel, the reception area is very nice and well done. The personnel are quite attentive. As for the room, it was wonderful, with lots of space. The pool area is quite exception and makes it a must. Warmly recommended

Bad concierge, bad service, bad shower, bad area

Concierge quoted a price of $63 for a taxi from the airport then told me they had a cheaper ride back which they didn't tell me about on the way there of $35 for a van which was the right size but then the driver said it was $43 and I went back to the hotel and they said there was nothing they could do. Bad service for a concierge since they are supposed to be working on your behalf. Also the girl at the restaurant indicated we couldn't go to the rooftop on New Year's eve because we didn't have a reservation which was the wrong information because the front desk indicated we could and we did. The girl who said we couldn't go was very rude when she saw us on the rooftop. Water in shower scalding hot and took forever to turn it down to a colder water.

Nice hotel in MIraflores.

My only complaints are the water bottles, water is not offered as a courtesy, and 1 large bottle costs approximately USD $7 per day. If you don't finish your water, housekeeping takes the bottle away and replaces it with a new one, which I found strange. Local calls are not free. The other complaint would be the business center - completely out of date. Internet browser was so old I couldn't access my email to print some documents, however concierge was very helpful and printed them for me. Room was very clean and housekeeping very thorough. Breakfast was lovely. Staff 100% great people.
