everything was perfect for a relaxing stay, all staff very friendly, restaurant food good, executive lounge benefits also very good

Pros: Service
Nice Hotel, very welcoming and well located close to Lacomar and nice restaurants... Hi 5 for the crew at the executive lounge, they make you feel like that you are at home!!!

Beautiful hotel, love the Hilton

Pros: food, elegance
Cons: Perfect laundry services -return every item
Location: too sick to venture
Everything was wonderful except 1 thing. I had laundry services but only realised my beautiful Machu Pichu hat was missing. I only realized this upon my return. Could you kindly contact them and request that they return my hat? Thank you

It was an average hotel at the inflated price

Pros: Friendly and trying please you staff
Location: location is fine
Needed to ask twice for extra standard amenities. Restaurant is OK but overprized. Early breakfast ordered - not delivered. Staff is really trying to please you. Overall stay was pleasant with few problems - eventually-solved.

Very good quality hotel but expensive

Rooms are true Hilton - high quality, spacious and with everything you need. Is it worth the cost?? I'm not sure. Unlike virtually all hotels in Peru it does not offer free water or internet use which is a shame.

Very nice staff

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, close to Larcomar and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and polite. Jorge and Andrea were so helpful and polite along with the rest of the staff. Rooms were always clean and the security of the hotel made us feel safe. My family and I will be returning.

Amazing location

Pros: Location and view. Hotel is in excellent condition
Cons: Adjust the price a little lower for use of the executive lounge. Maybe buy 2 days get one free. While visting you dont use it all the time
Location: Arcomar park near the ocean. Shopping and dining oceanside. I have been in many Latin American countries. Peru is super clean and organized
Super nice facility. Highly recommend the balcony with a view of the ocean. Great great neighborhood. The staff takes care of every need. Zero issues the entire stay

rooftop pool and jacuzzi

Love this hotel. Friendly staff and unbeatable amenities. The rooftop pool is my favorite part. Nothing quite like it in the surrounding hotels--a major bonus!
