Excellent service

Great location in the Miraflores section of Lima. Claudia, the front desk manager, was super helpful and made our stay at the hotel truly memorable! I highly recommend this hotel!

Dissapointed

Nice hotel but needs to improve customer service

We reserved transportation from the airport with the hotel concierge in advance to our arrival, but there was no transportation waiting for us at the airport, only a late email (15 min before our arrival time) telling us to arrange transportation at the airport. At check in, our room was not feather-free ready as I have clearly requested in my Marriott Rewards profile. Next day when we needed to change to a different room, they gave us a room in front of the elevators, contrary to what I had explicitly requested the night before (as also detailed in my membership profile), and we waited for 1.5 hours before they finally gave us the room with the conditions I have requested. And they didnt move our luggage as they had promised the night before. So pretty bad customer service experience overall. The hotel is beautiful though, at a great location.

Great stay

Conveniently located in the city, close to shopping mall and the beach. Hotel staff was very friendly and nice; they are very well prepared in customer service. Rooms are comfortable and have good sizing. Overall very satisfied with everything.

Great hotel, the view not so much because it was cloudy but eveyrthing was amazing

Beautiful view!

We stayed at the 24th floor and the view was just amazing! The food, staff members was very polite and friendly.

Awesome hotel within close proximity to venues

Staff was real easy to talk to and very friendly. They were able to recommend great restaurants to eat at and things to do or see.
