Wasn't pretty and clean like the multiple times i came before. I did alot of bragging to someone who had never been the The Grand. Overall it was okay.

We stayed in a one bedroom grand complex at the Elations hotel. It was nice overall but our room was not cleaned to standard as it should have been. There was food stuck on the pillows in the living room along with strands of hair on the couches as well. There was hair in the bathroom sink. The toilet was not clean as well. I traveled with my three month old daughter and so I was hesitant about sitting her down on the furniture. If it the place wasn’t half cleaned I probably would give 5 stars. Elations appears to be an older building so stay away from that one.

We had a bit of trouble finding check-in because the gps took us in the wrong entrance but our room was clean, beds were comfortable, the AC worked nicely, and we had a wonderful time. If we would have been there longer we would have utilized more of the on site amenities but we will be back!

The Resort was full of things for my family to do. The most relaxing vacation with children. We didn’t even have to move the car

Facilities were and are beautiful. This property is huge and has so much to do. The extreme lack of communication from the management company to the guest is unbelievable. The pictures on the companies website are very misleading. You think you are staying on the beach however the beach is not where 90% stay. Most are 1 mile+ from the beach. This is a golf resort. The beach is secondary. There are only 3 restaurants on the beach side the Hilton restaurant,a beach restaurant and 1 at the Luau pool (open 11-5). Dont plan on getting food or drink on the beach side after 9PM. If you do not have your own car or golf cart do not go. The condo unit we had (after requesting and paying for an upgrade) had a small sink a microwave and a mini fridge. No paper goods no cooking appliances. I have stayed a La Quintas with more amenities. You can only use the pool at the condo you are staying in.

THe property and room were beautiful, the experience in itself was very disappointing. My family and I were on village area for a night of fun when a fight broke out a restaurant between grown men. This really scared my wife and kids and forced them to leave a night early.
