This is a very nice gated country club. It has great amenities and the apartment is in excellent condition and very comfortable. We only had one issue and that was with the dryer not working, which we didn’t discover until we had already washed a load of clothes. There isn’t a lobby that is staffed at this location, and it’s not clear who to contact with issues. The “check-in” occurred at the security gate as you arrive to the country club. But despite the lack of clear instructions you get when booking, I still recommend this place, especially if you have more than a one night stay, and would stay here again.

We stayed one night and it exceeded our expectations. The owners were incredibly friendly and easy to contact, making us feel right at home. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The homemade breakfast was a highlight—absolutely delicious and full of flavor. We will stay again longer next time.

You got everything right!! No complaints. When I stayed at the Hyatt Hotel and someone said to me that their breakfast was the best ever, I said let me be the judge of that! Well to the person that asked me that question. No Hotel Riu has even the Hyatt beat by a long shot!! Thank you for your hospitality and great staff!! I was totally impressed and pleased!

The resort was outstanding. It exceeded expectations in every way. The service was the best we had in Panama. The cocktails were fun and the food was delicious and they have a vegan menu. We stayed in a king room and it was very private, pristine and well appointed.
