Great property!

Conveniently located to stores and restaurants. Staff courteous and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Has a nice pool and spa; offers free breakfast as well as snacks for purchase. Will definitely stay again!

Nice hotel close to all the shopping and restauran

Hotel staff let us check in early, or car was over packed and no room. They were awesome to let us check in early.

Very convenient , clean with excellent staff.

Pros: Everything I needed is availble
Cons: Nothing as far as I am cncerned
Location: Close to good reastaurants, shopping and most importantly the businesses I had to visit.
Check-in without a glitch. Comfortable and clean room. Excellent and friendly staff.

So, so...

Pros: Staff was pleasant, though they weren't able to resolve any issues.
Cons: Need to hire more housekeepers and have on staff or readily available someone who is able to fix computer issues.
Location: Location was perfect for us. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area.
The stay at this hotel started out fine, but soon went downhill. We reserved two rooms for three nights each. First night (check in) was fine; second night our room hadn't been cleaned but towels and soap were replenished. The wi-fi was down and remained down through the evening of our third night. Additionally, our room wasn't cleaned on the third night either and wouldn't be cleaned because they were shorthanded on house keepers. We didn't even get fresh towels, or anything for that matter, until I asked the supposed one and only housekeeper, who handed me towels in the hall to take to my room. I was told I would receive an adjustment on the rate but since I made my reservation through Expedia, they'd have to figure out how to do that. Thus far, no adjustment!

Pros: The had good apples at the breakfast bar.
Cons: The rooms need remodeled.
Location: Handy to Notre Dame.
This hotel was not a 4. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was awful. The tub was so small you could hardly stand in. I had to take a luke warm shower in the morning.

Terrible experience! House cleaning crew have a theft ring going on there! Never cleaned the room, but they looted it!

Room was occupied already upon our entry.

When we entered our room, we heard a scream. The room was already occupied by a guest that requested an extended stay. The records were obviously not updated. This was mortifying! The front desk did correct the issue, however this was extremely uncomfortable.

Major fail on cleanliness!

I booked a two night stay and arrived around the 11:00 at night exhausted.Walking in room, entry light was burnt out.Going further in, the 2nd light switch didn’t work. I used light on my phone to guide myself to desk lamp. Quickly unpacked & went to use bathroom. Disgusted by toilet with black mold. Would normally switch rooms at this point, but since so tired I used my hand sanitizer wipes to clean seat. The. On bed, noticed black mascara stains on some pillow cases. On a two night stay I normally leave out the do not disturb sign. This time based on room and bathroom’s condition, I wanted the room cleaned. The picture attached of bed is what I came back to on my second nights stay. Maid had been there, threw the bed roll on top of bed but never even made it! Bathroom still disgusting, soap and towel had been changed out so I know the maid was in there, but toilet still not cleaned, water spots around sink meant she didn’t wipe the counter down either. I immediately complained to Mgr, said that they were short staffed and apologized and offered to credit me one nights stay. I had prepaid through Hotels.com, and he said he would take care of it. when I called Hotels.com the next morning, they were unaware of any credit. At hotel, they were unaware of any note or credit on my account. Hotels.com called on my behalf and got credit for me. Not sure if mgr didn’t follow through or if this is how the credit needed to be handled & he didn’t know or tell me. Major fail!

Pet friendly!

Pros: Pet friendly
Cons: Don't set the thermostat at 60 degrees!!
Location: The location is near several shopping areas and Notre Dame.
Our only concern was that the thermostat in the room had been set at 60 degrees (!) It was REALLY COLD. Once we adjusted the setting, however, it was fine. Nice to find another pet friendly option and the breakfast was more varied than many places now offer. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
