Nice hotel clean and convient

I enjoyed my stay here will definitely come again the price wasn't bad either.

Never even got a room!

We showed up to this hotel only to find out they overbooked and we had no room!!!!!!! Didn't even matter that we had a reservation. We drove 5 hrs to have to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes for them to find us a room at a different hotel! Very upset and should never happen? What is expedia or extended stay going to do about this situation so I didn't happen again? Also when you make a reservation and it says you don't need to call the hotel or anything it's frustrating especially when you get their and they didn't honor your reservation! Please do something?!

It would be nice if they stocked the kitchen so we don't have to ask. And put more shampoo and soap in the bathroom too. And my room didn't have any washcloths.

I arrived at the hotel very late -- i.e., 6:30 a.m. -- but they kindly and quickly let me in. And then, inevitably, I was about 45 minutes late checking out, but they were very understanding. Also, I've stayed in a ton of Extended Stays and it seems like this one is either new or has been recently renovated. It was definitely all right.

Tired hotel, NO SERVICES- i was there 4 nights and never once had my room cleaned or towels changed, nothing in the way of kitchen supplies in the kitchen, very limited tv channels, broken washer/dryer/, broken vending machine, broken iron, no hair dryer, no ice machine, breakfast consisted of coffee, granola bars and packaged muffins.-- all in all, not gross, but no reason to stay here

Great location but

Pros: The lcoation.
Location: The location was great. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance.
The location is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room was not all that nice. The bed was very hard not firm, just hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were flat, not fluffy. We turned on the heater and it had a slight smell. Overall it is was just ok.

Pillows were horrible I was charged at the hotel way more than I booked on expedia.

Nasty

After waiting over a half hour just to get checked in walk into a room with blood all over the comforter was not impressed with the hotel at all
