Clean room, great price, convenient location, heater did not work in our room but we were moved to room where it did work.

For the price, everything was good. Room was nice. Walls are fairly thin, as we could hear noise from other rooms and halls during the night. Front desk staff did their job, but not terribly welcoming, just okay.

Worst hotel ever

Booked hotel 6 days before stay, at 3:45pm the day of my reservation receive a call from them saying the room style I booked sold out 2 day prior, even tho I booked it 6 days prior. Walked in and the whole place smelled.like an ashtray even tho it's illegal in Indiana to smoke in there. Was given room opened the door and the room was dirty and clearly not cleaned since last person stayed in it. Went back to front desk and was given second room, it had been "cleaned" tho sheets were stained and shower was dirty. Got settled and turn tv on to find that it turns on buy no channels came in, the lamps are dirty and clearly quite old with the copper plateing chipping off. Picked up phone to request dishes and pans to make dinner in the kitchen. The receiver or phone was sticky and didn't work. So go back to lobby am told that all they have is very small sauce pan and dishes silverware and glasses. Wich were all dirty when get back to room. The lobby have black and mild butt on floor from the moment I get there and still when left. Hotel listed as free breakfast but really there's granola bars and instant coffee. Booked room for 76$ was charged almost 80$ i called customer relations and am told manager would call within 24 hrs on hr 29 without call and not holding breath. Was also told they would send email with free year of there perks program that haven't received. By far the worst hotel ever been to. On a fixed income and saved for 3 months for worst experience ever.

Food in fridge from prev guest stains on sheets. Got new room spider webs bug flying around. Lobbybdirty they ran out of Comp toiletre

Great if you are going to a Notre Dame game.

Nice hotel, room was spacious. Only issue we had was the heat/AC unit was filthy. Other than that it was cleanly and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Pretty good for price

It was a much better room than I was expecting at that price. The staff was happy to assist in answering questions or helping answer them. The room was clean and tidy however the hallway and elevator weren't.

Woman at the front desk was very polite and took the time ti have a conversation with me. The rooms were nicely equipped with a little kitchen area.

Nice hotel close to shopping and restaurants.

This was a very pleasant hotel for a three night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and loved the laminate floors. Plenty of restaurants and sports bars close by.
