"A general thumb's up for this property and those who tend it -- their service was good, friendly, and prompt when needed. The view is wonderful. Place is spotless and is an oasis of peace when compared to PV. Bus service into PV or Boca is frequent and close. "This hotel blew away my expectations. The hotel was older but clean and well set out. The rooms were bigger than I expected, as I’d only reserved a standard room. Staff were attentive and exceptionally polite and were always asking if we needed anything. Beach and pool and location of hotel was perfect. I really can’t find any negatives. The slightest of blips was when we arrived at the hotel at 2:15 PM and had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be ready at 3 PM. I’m not a big deal as we went and grabbed snacks and a drink, and even then the staff apologies and gave us restaurant vouchers. Will be returning for sure in the future"

"Beautiful gardens and pool, very clean, good AC, simple accomodations. Short walking distance to beach, zoo, bus stop , and tours. I didn't notice other hotels this close to everything that weren't huge resorts. Great location as it was much quieter and natural than PV yet a short bus ride away from the city. The beach was gorgeous and fun. Sometimes loud at night due to neighborhood music playing. Gracias !"

"Wow, this was a trip of a lifetime! Absolutely everything was perfect. The pictures don’t do this home justice-it is ten times more stunning in person. It is so comfortable, beautiful and every detail is well thought out. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Fide, the chef, was phenomenal. Everything she made was a perfect. Rogelio was so helpful and attentive. I can’t remember the other ladies name but she was fantastic as well. The owner of the home is so responsive and friendly. The location is amazing, it’s so close to many of the attractions we were interested in. I honestly can’t say enough good things. It was such a beautiful property we even had a family photo shoot on the property. I recommend it to everyone and hope I can come back some day."

"This place caters to you like no other. The food is amazing, the staff is very attentive, housekeeping is awesome, my kids insisted on going to their kids club just about every day, and my wife enjoyed her time at the spa. They do try and sell you on their membership program, but they don’t push it. We never had an issue after we told them we were not interested."
