Pros: Location and price
Cons: Get new noise-reduced heaters.
Location: Steak and Shake restaurant right next door.
Heater was loud, so interrupted sleep on a regular basis when it kicked on.

Price was right. Bathrooms not the greatest and beds a bit stiff. Location is great.

They charged us $1.50 a night for a safe we did not use. We thought it covered everything. It did not.

Cons: more choices in vending
Location: suburban kansas city
basic, no frills, clean and reasonably priced. Comfortable and spacious room

PAPER THIN WALLS - LITTLE SLEEP

Pros: It was inexpensive.
Cons: It is a budget motel.....so, you get what you pay for...........and I doubt there is little that can be done about the thin walls.......
Location: Did not get out and explore......simply needed a place to rest at the end of the day.
Paper thin walls in the room.......could hear baby crying - loudly - much of the night in room next to us. We could hear the hotel provided alarm clocks going off in adjoining rooms at 5:30 am. Very little sleep.

Great location

Surprisingly tidy Clean in and outside Nice tall wrought iron fence to discourage vandalism Good choice of breakfast items Easy access to Shawnee mission parkway Convenience store next door Comfortable beds For the price....ITS A GO !

mediocre hotel stay

Pros: it was close to my function.
Cons: not sure
It was ok. The person at check in was not very friendly or helpful. It would be nice if the actual TOTAL of the hotel was posted on the website.
