convenient to KU Med Center

Pros: the price
Location: don't know of things to do in the area but there was a good bar-b-que place a mile or so south. RJ's Bob-b-que
the price was way lower than other hotels in the area and was close to the hospital. was surprised but was ok with only minimum supplies available. 2 towels, 2 washcloths for 2 people for 2 nights. there was no room service during the day.

All right for the price

Pros: Price and location not far from KU Medical Hospital.
Cons: Clean the carpets did not pass the barefoot test.,
Location: Close to Walmart and other shopping.
An ok place for the price. The carpet need to be cleaned. It has a refrigerator and stove top but no pans, dishes or utensils.

Overall terrible experience. The check in process was delayed trying to get ahold of staff by using a phone outside of 'lobby'. Supposedly the key making system was down for a quick maintenance and the gentleman was going to bring us room keys after the system was back up, but we never received room keys. There was an awful odor. The 'double' bed size was closer to a twin.

Not what is advertised

Location was good but I expected ALOT more amenities. They need to disclose it DOES NOT automatically provide internet. NO Continental Breakfast or even shampoo. For the price I expected MUCH more.

Price was good

For the price the room was alright. But we had to be killing bugs in our room most of the night. They looked like big oursite bugs. We didn’t get changed rooms because the office was already closed, and we didn’t want to go through the hastle of calling someone to come down and all that extra stuff

Room was not cleaned up after previous guest and would have preferred basic dishware. Friendly staff.

Bad experience

Pros: The manage was nice.
Cons: Put decent beds in the room and good mattresses.
Location: Wasn't interested in sight see but my sister like the IKEA.
The rooms were not clean. One of the rooms had a trash bag with diapers in it. The bed was uncomfortable. It was to close to the highway and noisy.
