The worst was the candle or incense they were burning in the lobby. It hit you like a brick wall and permeated up the elevator and into the hall. It was on the entire time we were there for 3 nights. There was no breakfast in the building we were in and had to go through the rain to the building across the parking lot for coffee.

The location is ok. Customer service was great. Food was ok. The room was clean but if you are a light sleeper make sure you reserve one of the rooms in the last story. If not you will hear everything from other rooms.

We were just there for a quick overnight - checked in late and left early in the morning. But the staff at the front desk were super pleasant, especially Lauren. The hotel was incredibly clean, especially considering the renovations that are in progress. Water pressure was great. Our shower actually drained properly (and as someone who frequently stays in hotels, that’s pretty rare), and the rugs were actually clean when walking with bare feet. The hotel was quiet, beds about as comfortable as can be expected at a hotel. Easy parking.
