Not for people without pet. It is not clean.

It is good to have full kitchen but at the same time we could hair everywhere pet or human I am not which one it was.

The room did not have soap or shampoo in the room had to go to front desk to obtain items and no ice machine in the hotel.

Dirty rooms

Their receptionists are really rude. Rooms are super dirty.

Affordable hotel relatively close to beach.

Great neighborhood. It has no real front lobby. Just a front door and a check-in counter. Basically a good place to sleep.

Clean and decent

A nice place to stay close to the beach. Room was clean and decent very comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Price was very reasonable for the area.

Needs proper maintenance - bathroom door handle came off. Smoke alarm is just dangling in the ceiling. Free breakfast? What breakfast? Granola bars- that's it?

Needs vast improvement

This was horrible. The scent of a repair for a sewer line filled the first floor and lobby. My towels were used and never replaced from the prior guests. No shampoo and conditioner, I asked for a new set. The desk attendant stated they were out for two more days.

nice was close to the places we wanted to go.

Pros: friendly staff and the location and the quiet
Cons: out door seating areas
Location: ralphs grocery just down the road.lots of nearby stores and food places
my only complaint is there was no kinda of court yard where we could sit outside. only one small table and 2 chairs for the whole hotel.

Perfect for my Needs

My people live in Lake Forest, so this was nice and close for me. It's also close to shopping and restaurants, and 2 Ralph's (Kroger) grocery stores. There was a kitchenette with a fairly full size fridge, but the stove top elements were not functioning, so I used the microwave instead. The A/C worked well, but there was no low setting, so I had to turn it off periodically. The drain in the bathtub was very slow, so I mentioned it to the staff upon checking out. But it was a clean place with nice friendly staff, so I would stay there again. If you ask at the desk, they will give you a bin with plates and utensils and such, which I did use. There is no pool, but there is a walking/bike path behind the building, So take along some sunscreen and your favorite walking shoes. The Grab 'n' Go breakfast station was nothing more than coffee pots, hot water, pump CoffeeMate and packaged Granola bars, so I recommend stopping at Ralph's for some fruit and some frozen breakfast sandwiches.

Pros: Close to children and grandchildren
Cons: Cleanliness and breakfast options
Carpets were filfy. Floors were sticky. Continental breakfast consisted of granola bars and muffins. Other "Extened Stays" had fruit and yogurt. Bead spread had burns in it and should be replaced. Left a list at the desk as to what was needed as far as kitchen items in the room. Flyer stated would be delivered. Upon arrival back (after several hours) was told that I needed to come down and pick up. Items had not been put together and had to wait 15 minutes for them.
