Why have food service?

The bistro and Starbucks have horrible food and coffee. The staff seems totally unprepared to manage the food service! No refunds so buyer be ware.

Anti slip in tub.

You need something in the bottom of the tub to make it safer to use. Very nice facility and staff.

Easy access to/from airport

Pretty typical for the Marriott, which is better than most comparably priced hotels. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Not much value.

For the price I expect more than snotty receptionists and Bistro staff. Very bizarre only becoming of Paris snob hotels!
