OK hotel for stay, but not for the price I paid.

Pros: Location
Staffs were helpful. Door make big sound when opening. Need to lubricate the door hinges. Not enough towel was there even though we booked for 4 people. Bed was not made on the 2nd day. Breakfast is O.K. Location is good and overall it was OK. But for the price I paid, I could have gotten better place easily if I knew more.

Pros: The lady who was keeping the breakfast coming was a delight! Friendly, charming and such fun to chat with.
Cons: Shower curtain rod needs attention, it was on backwards and the curtain had black spots on it. Housekeeping forgot to check the tissue box.
We were only there one night. Lots of places to dine around the hotel. It was a fine place to stay.

Disappointed that we had a problem with tiny insects crawling on table between beds, the water filling up bathtub while taking a shower and the curtain not closing to keep light out. When brought to the attention to the hotel not much was done and another room was requested. We were moved and the rest of our stay was uneventful.

Pros: proximity to family
Cons: pool could be cleaner, water appeared murkey. doors into guest rooms need greased.
average experience at a basic no frills hotel. entrance to room doors needed greased, heard other guest enter and exit rooms through the night.

The hotel was nice in general. We booked because of the indoor hot tub and pool but didn't get to enjoy either. The hot tub was not working and the pool was ice cold. There also were no towels. The room was clean but there was not enough toilet paper or enough towels. We are a large family so normally that is expected but we booked a room with two queen beds and there was only ONE towel. The kids loved the breakfast and being so close to the restaurants. Thankfully this was just a one night stay close to home just to get away from all the firework noise around our house so the little problems were no big deal, a little disappointing but manageable.

The only thing I can say negative about my 5 night stay, was the refrigerator did not work, and my AC did not let me control the temperature. When it would get extra cold, I would shut off the AC from the plug. The staff was WONDERFUL, and the amenities were great. I would definitely stay there again.

Price and location were perfect

Room was comfy and the fitness center had nicer equipment in it than other La Qunitas. Indoor pool was a plus for the kids. We did see a leggy friend the next morning before we left but not while we were in the room.
