When I checked in the hotel evening clerk was rude

The evening clerk was rude and did not want to help with my points said he could not do it.... And we told him that the hot tub was not working he said what do u want me to do about it and we asked for towels n he got rude n said there isn't any there n I said no not in the pool area and he was like here n then I told him about toilet paper in the hot tub n he said ole well but never closed the pool area which is nasty and the next morning I left to go visit my friend n my family called the office said the toilet was stopped up n they never came n so they had to call back again.. And finally they sent someone to unclog it... The morning worker was there the evening before talking to the evening clerk when I checked in and the next morning she said did he add ur points n I said no and she did it for me said I don't know why he did not do it and I was like I don't know and she said sorry about that and I told her I don't know if I will be back to this hotel And she asked me to please come back n she was sorry but the evening clerk was rude n not helpful at all

4 Night Stay

Pros: Location, cleanliness and staff
Cons: They seem a bit short staffed at the front desk.
Location: Safe, clean area. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
Clean room and hotel, very pleasant and helpful staff and 100% pet friendly! While in the area, I will definitely stay here again!

La Quinta no mas

Room was filthy . There was someone's toothbrush and soap in the tub when I checked in. Someone's dirty socks on the floor and dirty cleaning rag left on floor even after the second day I had to throw it in the hallway . Iron had black crust on it and almost ruined my dress shirt . 2 packets of decaf coffee and no regular. I could hear a guy through the wall snoring

OK hotel for stay, but not for the price I paid.

Pros: Location
Staffs were helpful. Door make big sound when opening. Need to lubricate the door hinges. Not enough towel was there even though we booked for 4 people. Bed was not made on the 2nd day. Breakfast is O.K. Location is good and overall it was OK. But for the price I paid, I could have gotten better place easily if I knew more.

Pros: The lady who was keeping the breakfast coming was a delight! Friendly, charming and such fun to chat with.
Cons: Shower curtain rod needs attention, it was on backwards and the curtain had black spots on it. Housekeeping forgot to check the tissue box.
We were only there one night. Lots of places to dine around the hotel. It was a fine place to stay.

Disappointed that we had a problem with tiny insects crawling on table between beds, the water filling up bathtub while taking a shower and the curtain not closing to keep light out. When brought to the attention to the hotel not much was done and another room was requested. We were moved and the rest of our stay was uneventful.

Pros: proximity to family
Cons: pool could be cleaner, water appeared murkey. doors into guest rooms need greased.
average experience at a basic no frills hotel. entrance to room doors needed greased, heard other guest enter and exit rooms through the night.
