Changed three rooms due to cleanliness

Left hotel due to bad smell and cleanliness, wanted to charge me for one night but I did not stay all was very uncomfortable

Without warning they canceled my reservation so they could charge triple for the room because of the super bowl.

Good location, very nice facility

Pros: Close to everything, shopping, restaurants, etc.
Cons: Needs a little bit of up keeping - paint touch up, etc.
Very pleasant staff and room. I will stay there again.

Stay away

Was greeted by a clerk that was inconvenienced checking me in as he was playing a game on his lap top. After requesting a room away from the elevator he gave me one across from it... again inconvenienced he moved me to a smelly room with a broken TV. "This is the last room change" was told to me when I got a 3rd room which was ok. The hot tub was to be fixed in 2 hours.... but was never fixed. Checked out early and finishedy stay at a Best Western Plus where they know how to treat customers.

Excellent hotel, but need better food lol. Otherwise it was great. When I'm in need of a Hotel I always stay at the Missouri City LaQuinta. Excellent choice for stay.

All went well

Location: I was there for a family gathering so all our activities were already planned
The only negative was no meat on the Sunday breakfast

My room had lap that didn't work over three over head light that didn't work no staff to help no room turn over and over charged my credit card

Bathroom was very dirty .. you could tell the tub has never been scrubed .. shower curtin had mold on it .. when bathing the water stays in the tub and takes a long time to drain.

Out of The Way

Pros: It was relatively close to where we visited and it had suites.
Cons: The in room coffee only had one regular coffee package. That coffee was for a much bigger coffee maker.
Location: Nothing near by to do actually.
Hotel as OK if visiting someone in the area. Otherwise, it was quite a bit off of the beaten path. Easy to find if you have GPS. Kind of hidden back off of the road, and if you didn't know you were near you would miss it.
