Ok for one night

Pretty nice.
It's a lovely facility, quite large. wrong time of year for swimming but the pool area looked nice. the internet was spotty and not secure so couldn't use it for a couple of things. it's right off the freeway and there's nothing around it to walk to. if you have a car then nothing is too far away. it's very close to the airport.

They have updated the TV from the tube tv to a 26 inch flat screen. Overall the hotel is exactly what you would expect for the price.

Located about 10 minutes drive away from Catania, so you will probably need a car if you want to visit the city. The hotel is in a good condition but it feels a little dated. The pool was clean and thankfully not very busy.

Convient to the airport
The hotel location is convient to the airport. Finding the hotel was a little difficult. Some of the hotel road signs seemed to send us off course. The hotel is a good choice if you have an early morning flight.

Cheap hotel, nice pool
Its a good hotel that is located in the freeway 10 mins away by car from Catania, 40 mins away from Taormina and Siracusa. This hotel is perfect if you need a middle point to visit a few cities. It has a little market a block away and a gas station. The pool was perfect for relaxing after a long walk in the city. The rooms are goid with a/c and lots of channels (mostly italian). 5 min drive is a huge shopping mall with lots of brands stores and restaurants (zara, tommy hillfuger, h&m) Check in was fast and we had no noise at night. The only bad thing was the breakfast! Very poor breakfast choices. Overall i recommend it if you have a car and want to visit around the coast line withouth changing hotels on every city!

Nice but hard to find. Here's how.
This is an hotel located in a service area, and it is very difficult to find. See below for help. The hotel itself is very nice, with a good restaurant, and a large pool. There really is nothing around the area. The service area is Il Gelso Bianco, and there is north side and a south side one. Coming from the east on A-19, heading west, exit SLOWLY into Il Gelso Bianco North, and keep hard to your right, hard, hard, hard. DO NOT FOLLOW the signs for autos into the service area!! Stay hard right. You will see the sign to the hotel, and the hotel. Coming west on A-19, heading east, exit SLOWLY into Il Gelso Bianco South, and keep hard to your right, hard, hard, so you go around behind the service area and along a road until you can turn left through a little underpass and go uphill to the hotel. DO NOT FOLLOW the signs for autos into the service area!!

perfect for early next morning flight out of CTA
Good value. Clean rooms. Very close to airport. Right off autostrada Palermo-Catania without audible street noise. Would def stay here again if I had an early morning flight out of Catania.

Close to Airport for Early Flights
Hotel is quiet and comfortable, despite being close to two motorways. Restaurant is pretty average, but the hotel's big advantage and the reason we chose to stay there, is that it's close to Catania's airport for early flights. It's just a short drive and only takes about 15 minutes, if you know where you're going. Wouldn't choose to stay there for holiday pleasure, but fine for the last night in Sicily.

Posizione strategica e basta.
Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato lì una notte. Posizione dell'hotel ottima, vicino all'aeroporto, autostrada, Ikea, centro commerciale, a 20 minuti dal centro. La pecca è lo stato in cui si trova. Molto decadente e soprattutto sporco. Sporco il bagno, sporca la moquette dei corridoi, sporco l'ascensore. Colazione essenziale ma tutto sommato accettabile. Il personale graziosissimo. Spero possano provvedere al più presto perché le formiche in bagno non sono state una bella vista!

Check in forløb uden problemer. Fik et værelse mod poolen, og dermed også mod indflyvningsruten til lufthavnen, hvilket giver lidt støj. Restauranten på hotellet har et meget begrænset menukort.

Honnêtement hôtel à choisir que lorsque vous êtes en transit et pour pas plus d'une nuit. L'hôtel est glauque, le style déco à l'ancienne... Sans compter les avions qui passent fréquemment au dessus de l'hôtel.

Für einen Stopover bestens geeignet.
Da wir mit unserem 6 Monate alten Baby unterwegs waren und erst abends in Catania landeten, beschlossen wir bereits im Vorfeld, in der Nähe des Flughafens eine Übernachtung einzuplanen. Der Check-in gegen 22 Uhr verlief reibungslos, jedoch fanden wir im Zimmer statt des gewünschten Babybetts ein drittes Bett vor, das zudem eine sehr alte (?) und schlechte Federkernmatraze aufwies. Die Matratze des Doppelbettes war in Ordnung. Zudem lag das Zimmer am Ende des Ganges und das Wlan reichte nicht bis dorthin. Nach Rückfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns sofort ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen und dort auch umgehend ein Babybett aufgebaut. Für das nun verfügbare Wlan-Netz hätte man jedoch wohl noch ein Passwort gebraucht, doch wir waren zu müde, um ein weiteres Mal an die Rezeption zu gehen. Das italienische Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war ok; statt die 08/15-Kaffeemaschine am Buffet zu nutzen, kann man auch direkt an der Bar einen "richtigen", frischen Kaffee kostenfrei bestellen. Neben dem Speisesaal liegt der Pool-Bereich, den wir zwar nicht nutzten, der aber durchaus einladend aussah. Für einen Stopover würde ich das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Zweckmäßiges Hotel in Flughafennähe
Haben ein Hotel in Flughafennähe für die letzte Nacht unseres Urlaubes benötigt, für diesen Zweck war die Unterkunft absolut in Ordnung. Liegt direkt an der Autobahn und in der Einflugschneise zum Flughafen, dafür erstaunlich wenig Lärmbelästigung. Zimmerausstattung und Frühstücksbuffet waren in Ordnung, allerdings kein WLAN-Signal auf dem Zimmer (vermutlich, da dieses am Ende des Ganges lag).

Pænt motorvejs hotel
Vi bruger hotellet som transit hotel, da det ligger tæt ved både lufthavn og motorvej. Hotellet er i en fornuftig stand og man kan en få god aftensmad til en fornuftig pris. Søg for at få værelser ud mod boldbanen.

Hôtel situé près de l'aéroport de Catane, les avions passent au dessus , ça peut déranger . Dommage que la piscine n'était pas accessible malgré les 23-24 degrés fin avril. Le personnel est accueillant, les repas à l'hotel sont corrects mais pas trop de choix

Wij zijn in dit hotel één nacht verbleven. Het ligt in de buurt van de luchthaven en langs de autostrade. Toch is er niet te veel lawaai. Het is ideaal om vandaaruit een rondreis aan te vatten. Het ontbijt was zeer verzorgd.
