Overall experience was acceptable, but could be better for the following reasons: the most important one was the smell of the room, as rooms have a small kitchen, room smells like spices and fried food, no matter what I tried the smell was still there, even I had to sleep with an open window, staff were friendly except for the guy who is on night duty, rooms are renovated but the hotel public space like hallways and lobby still very old, carpets are very dirty, and in my case I have to walk like 5 mins to reach my room as the hotel is big but the rooms are not easy accessible.

Nice modern room as on pictures, studio has everything you need to feel like home - to cook, to work etc Staff was was very helpful and friendly The only downside - pillow was not great

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was clean, but vacuuming of the rooms was needed. There were some maintenance issues with the shower and the in-room safe. The owner refused to refund us the cost for the one night which we could not use because we were stranded in another town by a rail strike.

Cemetery
Ensure that your stay does not consist of staying in room 116 or 117. I arrived that evening and of course did not check outside the balcony window until morning. That morning, I opened the window to sit out on the balcony and there’s the cemetery. I then noticed upon check out that there isn’t even key slots for those two rooms. The key slots go up to 115 then start again at 118. It was at this point that I remembered when I checked in the receptionist grabbed the key from the desk. When I checked out she just put it back somewhere on the desk. Are these rooms issued specifically for certain people of certain ethnic backgrounds?

Great hotel just outside the city walls
Stayed on the top floor, where the layout is a two story, loft style room. A great room all around. Comfy but small couch. Big bed at the top of the steps in the loft. Big kitchen table and useable work desk. Big bathroom. Would definitely stay again. Location is ok. A short walk to the city walls.

We had a wonderful stay while visiting the Nuremberg Christmas Market. Central location to subway, shopping and dining. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant/bar attached to hotel.

There was some construction going on, but I didn't find it obtrusive at all. Really quiet at night and staff was super helpful with showing me how the laundry system works Awesome stay

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Duschbad war etwas beengt - könnte ruhig 1-2 qm größer sein (es ist wirklich sehr klein). Ansonsten alles gut, wir würden es wieder buchen.

My preferred hotel choice in Nuremberg. First visit since before Covid, and everything was just as good as it always has been. Always excellent, friendly service.Good location within easy walking distance of the city centre.

An OK hotel
The hotel was clean and adequate. Very average. The room was very warm and there was no way to cool it down except by opening the door to the balcony. The king size bed had two twin size comforters instead of a king. This made sleeping for two people very awkward. The internet was good and there was nice space in the room. The little kitchenette was nice but very tight. The front desk staff was very receptive and helpful.

Decent business hotel - convenient location
In business for a trade show and with limited choices, ended up staying at this hotel. Clean and safe place to sleep, also conveniently located next to the U Bahn with easy access from the airport, if you take the train in. Nothing exceptional, but a decent place for a couple of nights.

Nice hotel but a little hot.
Great hotel, only problem was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Other than that the stay were friendly and efficient, no complaints.

If you know Nürnberg well then it's an ideal location to get around. 8 minutes walks to 2 different underground stations and the S-Bahn. The room facing the courtyard was very quiet at night, the mattress comfortable, bathroom, kitchen, linens all very clean. The friendly and respectful technician helped me with a self inflicted safe problem. The only draw back was the attitude of the quite young receptionists who felt burdened and were not forthcoming with information.

A hotel to stay and revisit
A very welcoming hotel that is well positioned to the Metro, I found the staff very helpful and without a doubt would stay again when I visit Nuremberg. It should be added too that the breakfast was exceptional.
