Convenient location and excellent customer service

A very pleasant stay. The staff were highly accommodating and courteous, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Miguel, at reception, deserves full marks for his customer service!

Great Modern Hotel in the Heart of Berlin

Pros: Staff and facilities
The Gran Hyatt Berlin is a beautifull, modern, clean hotel with excellently appointed amendities. The courteuos staftt, most of whom also speak fluent English, were extremely helpful. Thw spa and gym facilities are exeellent as well.

Big hotel in convenient location

Beautiful hotel. Very corporate. Everything is just do but not a lot of authentic warmth. The restaurant and the our staff at Vox was really excellent. If all had been like thst it would have been #1 in my book.

Quite central to most of the nice places. Nice

Everything was quite well organized and nice hotel to stay in. Couple of small bits that I have noticed is the bed wasn't that comfortable and was a little bumpy and the hotel is really dark. Some lights can add to the pleasent experience. I'm happy to chose the hotel as the issues are so minor and can be missed easily. I would be staying here again and would also recommend this to friends and family.

Great hotel in the heart of Berlin

Great hotel, perfectly placed to visit all the sites. Real 5 star luxury in the spa and the staff were delightful - warm, friendly and extremely helpful.

Excellent hotel in central location.

Pros: Luxury, comfort, water, fruit cleanliness.
Location: Potsdammer Platz, great location for restaurants, bars, cafes, Tiergarten park, cinema's and shopping
Exceptionally relaxing hotel after a day of sightseeing. The rooms are beautifully designed with every convenience including robes, slippers, water, fruit and toiletries. If the weather permits you should enjoy the views from the pool and terrace on the rooftop. The staff could not be more accommodating or informative. A wonderful way to experience Berlin.
